To Join / Renew Your Membership / Change Your Address
Want to know more about MES before joining?
Please print the PDF Membership Form, complete
the entries and mail as directed. Supply an email address and you are automatically
enrolled in the free MES eList. The annual dues are $50 US and payable in
January of each year. New member application fee is $5 per month remaining in the
calendar year, including the current month.
After receipt and processing you will receive a post card.
